About Our Mission
The Greater Together Family Network is an initiative led by HOME Mentoring & Tutoring in partnership with the City of Gary. This community-based initiative is designed to support families in Gary, Indiana who are part of the disability community. Serving as a hub for resources, connections, and advocacy, these partnerships aim to unite families and establish lasting systems of support built on inclusion and shared care.
